  • Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

Refund requests may be considered only where required by law or where Soft Axis determines that a refund is appropriate based on the circumstances.

Any third-party expenses, advertising costs, software subscriptions, hosting fees, or domain registrations are non-refundable once incurred.

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final approved deliverables specifically created for their project.
  • Soft Axis retains ownership of its proprietary tools, methodologies, templates, frameworks, software, and pre-existing intellectual property.

Soft Axis may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer

Search engine rankings, website traffic, leads, and business growth depend on many factors beyond our control.

Accordingly:

  • We do not guarantee first-page rankings on any search engine.
  • We do not guarantee a specific number of leads or sales.
  • Marketing performance may vary based on competition, industry, website quality, advertising budgets, and market conditions.

We provide our services using industry best practices and commercially reasonable efforts.

10. Website Development

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving website content before launch.

Following final approval:

  • Any additional changes may be treated as new work and billed separately.
  • Soft Axis is not responsible for third-party software updates, plugin conflicts, hosting issues, or platform changes beyond our control unless covered under a maintenance agreement.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party providers including:

  • Payment processors

  • Soft Axis may invoice for completed milestones, approved work, and any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
